I began my career in 1985. In those days all solicitors did everything, which was really helpful when it came to specialise because I knew what I was good at, but had picked up transferable skills from other disciplines. I was good at helping solve arguments. I still am. I love to champion my clients’ causes. Whether you need my help in the field of family finances, children’s matters or injunctions, I look forward to working with you.

Julie Gomez, Practice Manager

Julie Gomez is Nicky Goodman’s assistant. She has been an office administrator and manager during most of her working career with emphasis on legal work.

Before settling in York, Julie worked in Legal 500 firms in London and the Isle of Man, operating in a management and supervision capacity, . Julie is responsible for the day to day running of the firm and its accounting, auditing, file reviews and case management. She also attends Courts and assists in the preparation of cases.
